Good Neighbor is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor for Mental Health Complex Care Management. Supervisors are required to hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia.This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to support our direct line Care Managers.This position offers a multitude of avenues for professional and personal growth.
Position Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Candidates must also have at least 3 years clinical mental health experience. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Manages team of Complex Care Managers.
Provides oversight, training and education to new staff in the field.
Provides ongoing individual and group supervision to staff and documents as required.
Remains abreast of health resources and best practice care approaches for mental health and integrated health.
Ensures CCM standards and timelines are being met by team of Complex Care Managers.
Assists staff throughout the day and week as needed via phone and email.
Provides oversight, supervision, and education to new staff in the field.
Ensures staff completes all documentation according to standards in a timely manner.
Assists Manager and/or Director in assigning cases and approving discharges.
Assists Manager and/or Director in appraising staff performance and recommending and implementing disciplinary/corrective action as necessary.
Participates in weekly supervisor meetings and monthly all staff meetings.
Assists the Manager and/or Director in conducting interviews.
