RN Clinical Training Specialist: The clinical training specialist is responsible for providing new hire and annual trainings to employees such as CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options, Tuberculosis Screening, and Medication Management as well as general orientation requirements. Outpatient Clinician: We're seeking Outpatient Clinicians, including PRNs. This position will be responsible for assessing, providing, coordinating, and implementing all services offered to each individual, couple, and/or family within the Outpatient program. The candidate must be licensed in the State of Virginia and have clinical experience. Board approved supervisor is preferred. Flexible hours and attractive compensation packages will be offered for this position. Compensation packages will be discussed during interviews.
Psychologist: We're seeking a fully licensed psychologist to join our growing team. General duties will include but not be limited to: intake assessments, individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, crisis work, trainee supervision and consultation and testing. This position will work from a multidisciplinary approach and applicants should have experience working with all populations. This position will be a contracted position that will offer an hourly amount based on education and experience.
Mental Health Counselor: We're seeking Intensive In-Home Counselors and Community Support Specialists. All applicants must meet QMHP status per Virginia. Medicaid guidelines. Mental Health Supervisor: This is a full time benefited position. Starting Range of pay for this position will be between 45-55k annually. Exact starting figure will be based off of education and experience. Applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services or a related field (ie: social work, psychology, counseling, special education) and have at least three years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Residential Supervisors: We're seeking Residential Supervisors for our Adult Residential ID program. Applicants must have either 5 years of experience working directly with adults with Intellectual Disabilities, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field as well as 1 year of experience working directly with adults with ID.
