Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We're seeking full time and part time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our team. By building positive relationships, we are able to offer a variety of options across the behavioral health continuum. Applicants need to be a graduate of an accredited graduate nurse practitioner program and certified as a psychiatric NP, currently licensed as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Virginia, current DEA prescriptive authority. Experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is a plus.
Mental Health Counselor (QMHP). ($500 Sign-On Bonus – $100 initial bonus, $400 upon completion of training and in good standing). Residential Supervisor. We're seeking Residential Supervisors for our Adult Residential ID program. Applicants must have either 5 years of experience working directly with adults with Intellectual Disabilities, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field as well as 1 year of experience working directly with adults with ID. Behavioral Health Director. The Behavioral Health Director provides administrative, strategic, clinical and operational leadership to all behavioral health services and programs including outpatient, community-based services, and new programs. This individual will work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop programs to serve the behavioral health care needs of the broader community.
Mental Health Supervisor. This is a full time benefited position. Starting Range of pay for this position will be between 45-55k annually. Exact starting figure will be based off of education and experience. Applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in human services or a related field (ie: social work, psychology, counseling, special education) and have at least three years of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults. Clinical Program Manager. Good Neighbor is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor for Mental Health Complex Care Management. Supervisors are required to hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia.This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to support our direct line Care Managers.This position offers a multitude of avenues for professional and personal growth.
RN - Clinical Educator/Trainer. The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for providing new hire and annual trainings to employees such as CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Options, Tuberculosis Screening and Medication Management as well as general orientation requirements. This position will also assist in on-location topic specific trainings for any of our services. This position is also responsible for administrative tasks related to direct job responsibilities and may assist in auxiliary nursing support tasks such as medication audits, hospital discharge follow-up, and wound assessments. This position will involve regular travel to all locations to support company growth and development.
Direct Support Professional (DSP). We're seeking Direct Care Specialists for Residential ID Group Homes. We offer a competitive pay with health benefits. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalency degree, at least one year of experience working directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a valid drivers license. Job duties will include passing medications, community outings with residents, cooking, cleaning, completing paperwork for job duties, and daily tasks.
Also offering weekend-only shifts for DSPs! Shifts include: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, Saturday through Sunday.
