intensive in-home

Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services is a comprehensive, home-based counseling service for children/adolescents under the age of 21 and their families. Counseling includes individual sessions with your child, family counseling, and coordination with other professionals involved. The goal is to address issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, self-injurious behaviors, aggression, defiance, and more. Additionally, your counselor can work with your family on healthy communication skills, establishing household expectations, and much more. Your counselor will work with your family to implement a crisis prevention plan and will be available 24/7 to respond in crisis situations.

mental health skill building

Mental Health Skill-Building is a community and home based service for adults 18 and over with a mental health diagnosis. Services focus on skill-building to manage mental health symptoms and the other areas of a person’s life which have been impacted by symptoms such as maintaining physical health, building healthy supports, managing daily and household activities, connecting to resources in the community, and much more. Our team works intensely with individuals to increase independence, maintain stability, and optimize wellness.

intensive care coordination

Intensive Care Coordination is service for children who are in out-of-home placements or are at-risk of such a placement. The service provides individualized goal planning for the family and child as well as an intense level of coordination between family members, professionals, and natural supports to support them in reaching their goal. The focus of service is to have the child safely remain in or return to their home or community.

Therapeutic mentoring

The mentoring program aims to provide individualized care and support through various activities by highly experienced staff.  Our mentors provide on-going support to our mentees in areas such as age-appropriate behaviors, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
