We’re currently seeking full-time Behavioral Health Supervisors to provide clinical supervision for Intensive In-Home, Mental Health Skill-Building, Anthem BCBS Commercial In-Home Pilot, Anthem BCBS Commercial Integrated Community Care Pilot, and other home based therapeutic services. Supervisors are required to hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to direct line staff as well as conducting clinical diagnostic assessments. This position offers a multitude of avenues for professional and personal growth and includes clinical supervision for Residents and Supervisees.
Position Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid LPC or LCSW license or be registered as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Candidates must also have at least 3 years clinical experience working with youth and adults. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Manages 10 clinical staff
Provides individual and group supervision.
Completes a supervision record.
Assists staff throughout the day and week as needed via phone and email.
Remains available 24 hours daily to assist with crisis intervention.
Provides oversight, supervision, and education to new staff in the field.
Ensures staff completes all documentation according to standards in a timely manner.
Assists the manager in assigning cases and approving discharges. ·
Assists the manager in appraising staff performance and recommending and implementing disciplinary/corrective action as necessary.
Participates in weekly supervisor meetings and monthly all staff meetings.
Assists the manager in conducting interviews.
Acts in the manager’s stead as assigned.
Conducts face to face clinical diagnostic assessments for intensive in-home, mental health skill building and integrated community care services
