We’re currently seeking full-time Behavioral Health Supervisors to provide clinical supervision for Intensive In-Home, Mental Health Skill-Building, Anthem BCBS Commercial In-Home Pilot, Anthem BCBS Commercial Integrated Community Care Pilot, and other home based therapeutic services. Supervisors are required to hold a valid LPC or LCSW license. This position is responsible for providing administrative and clinical supervision to direct line staff as well as conducting clinical diagnostic assessments. This position offers a multitude of avenues for professional and personal growth and includes clinical supervision for Residents and Supervisees.

Position Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid LPC or LCSW license. Candidates must also have at least 3 years clinical experience working with youth and adults. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:· 

  • Manages 10 clinical staff 

  • Provides individual and group supervision. 

  • Completes a supervision record. 

  • Assists staff throughout the day and week as needed via phone and email. 

  • Remains available 24 hours daily to assist with crisis intervention. 

  • Provides oversight, supervision, and education to new staff in the field. 

  • Ensures staff completes all documentation according to standards in a timely manner. 

  • Assists the manager in assigning cases and approving discharges. · 

  • Assists the manager in appraising staff performance and recommending and implementing disciplinary/corrective action as necessary. 

  • Participates in weekly supervisor meetings and monthly all staff meetings. 

  • Assists the manager in conducting interviews. 

  • Acts in the manager’s stead as assigned. 

  • Conducts face to face clinical diagnostic assessments for intensive in-home, mental health skill building and integrated community care services
